Mini-Circuits’ VLFX-950+ is a coaxial
low pass filter with a passband from
DC to 950MHz, supporting a wide
range of applications from harmonic
rejection to lab use and more. This
model provides 1.1dB passband
insertion loss, 40dB stopband
rejection up to 20000MHz with fast
roll-off in the transition, and RF input
power handling up to 10W. The filter
comes housed in a rugged, unibody
case measuring 2.67”)l(x0.41”)dia.(
with excellent thermal stability from
-55 to+100°C.

SMA Connector Gauge Kit
Mini-Circuits’ ACUDIAL-SMA series
connector gauge kit is a push-on type
gauge designed to measure the center
contact pin and dielectric location of
SMA male and female connectors per
specification MIL-PRF-39012 class
2. The kit consists of a dial indicator
graduated in 0.001 increments with
integral female and male brushings,
female and male master gauges, an
instruction manual and solid wood
instrument case. The gauges are self-
calibrating, extremely accurate, and
easy to use. All coaxial connectors in
any system or test setup should always
be gauged before mating to ensure
compliance. Gauging connectors helps
avoid interference due to improper
connections, ensures proper electrical
performance and accurate test data,
and prevents damage to connectors.
The ACUDIAL-SMA gauge kit can be
used for production checkout, incoming
inspections, routine quality control, and
general laboratory use. Mini-Circuits
also offers connector gauge kits for
N-Type and BNC/TNC connectors for
your convenience.

MMIC Splitter/Combiner Die
Covers 0.7 to 9.5GHz
Mini-Circuits’ new EP2W-D+ is a MMIC
2-way 0˚ splitter/combiner die fabricated
using IPD process on GaAs, offering an
industry-leading combination of bandwidth
and tiny size, covering applications from
0.7 to 9.5GHz. This model is ideal for
wideband systems at lower frequency
application bands from Radar and
SatCom to LTE, WiMAX and more.
The splitter/combiner provides 1.3dB
insertion loss at 3GHz, 1.8dB insertion
loss at 6GHz, and 3.4 dB insertion loss at
9.5GHz. It achieves 19dB typical isolation,
0.1dB amplitude unbalance and 3˚ phase
unbalance. It handles up to 2.5W RF input
power as a splitter and has an ESD rating
of HBM Class 2. Consistent performance
across its entire frequency range allows
users to reduce part numbers on their
bill of materials with one model, and its
tiny size gives designers a new level of
performance and flexibility to integrate
into their chip-and-wire assemblies where
minimizing size and weight is critical.
EP2W-D+ ultra-wideband MMIC splitter/
combiner dice are available in small
quantity Gel Paks of 5 and 10 KGD as well
as in partial and full production wafers.
