0.7dB passband insertion loss, 1.1:1

passband VSWR from 700 to 2000MHz,

1.7:1 passband VSWR from 2000 to

5000MHz, stopband rejection of 35dB

from DC to 300MHz and 30dB from

300 to 450MHz. 1.4:1 typical stopband

VSWR results in minimal stopband

signal reflections, eliminating spurs and

improving system dynamic range. It

also provides excellent power handling

of up to +32dBm in the passband and

+35dBm in the stopband. Fabricated

using IPD process technology on GaAs,

the filter comes housed in a tiny 5x5mm

QFN package.

Mini-Circuits’ X-series of reflectionless

filters employs a novel filter topology

which absorbs and terminates stopband

signals internally rather than reflecting

them back to the source. This new

capability enables unique applications

for filter circuits beyond those suited to

traditional approaches. Reflectionless

reflections, allowing them to be paired

with sensitive devices such as mixers

and multipliers without the need for extra

components like attenuators, significantly

improving system performance and

saving board space.

Attenuator Die, DC to 43.5GHz

Mini-Circuits’ KAT-D series of MMIC

precision fixed attenuator dice extend

coverage to a wide array of applications

from DC to 43.5GHz including 5G

systems, microwave communications,

satellite, defense and aerospace, and

more. These fixed-value, absorptive

attenuators are fabricated through highly

repetitive MMIC processing with thin-film

resistors on GaAs substrates and achieve

ultra-wideband performance with a single,

contiguous ground-plane, simplifying

installation into customer hybrids. Model

KAT-6-D+ provides 6dB attenuation with

±0.1dB flatness up to 26.5GHz, ±0.4dB

flatness up to 43.5GHz, 1.6W RF power

handling, and 1.1:1 VSWR. KAT-series

attenuator dice are available in gel-paks

of 5, 10, 50 and 100 KGD as well as

partial and full production wafers.

Mini-Circuits’ Miniature

Lumped Element Low Pass

Filter Passes DC to 83MHz with

Sharp Rejection

Mini-Circuits’ ULP-83+ is a surface-

mount, lumped element low pass

filter with a passband from DC to 83

MHz. This design provides very sharp

rejection with 78% slope from the 3dB

cutoff to 20dB rejection, and greater

than 40dB rejection from 135 to 850

MHz. It provides 1.5dB typical insertion

loss in the passband and handles RF

input power up to 0.15W. The unit

gives designers the advantages of

excellent selectivity and high stopband

rejection in a miniature form factor

occupying only 0.25x0.25” of board

space. Designed using miniature,

high-Q capacitors and chip inductors,

it provides high reliability, repeatable

performance across production lots

and consistent performance across

temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.

The filter comes mounted on printed

wiring laminate with Mini-Circuits’

TopHat feature to maximize speed and

efficiency of pick-and-place assembly.

coaxial 3-Way 0° splitter/combiner

supporting a variety of applications from

amplitude unbalance. It is capable of
