2-Way 90° Hybrid Covers 5 to
11GHz
Mini-Circuits’ EPQ-113+ is an ultra-
wideband MMIC 2-way 90° hybrid
covering a wide range of applications
from the 5 to 11MHz. Fabricated using
IPD process on GaAs, this model
provides 0.6dB typical insertion loss,
19 dB isolation, 3.7° phase unbalance,
and 0.8dB amplitude unbalance.
Capable of handling RF input power
handling up to +32dBm for 5 min
max. and +30dBm continuous, the
hybrid supports power requirements
for use in both transmit and receive
paths. Housed in a tiny 4x4mm
QFN package, it provides excellent
repeatability and high reliability in
operating environments from -45 to
+85°C. This tiny hybrid is an ideal
building block for signal processing
designs requiring 90˚ phase offset
and to insulate circuits from reflective
elements.

Mini-Circuits’ Broadband
75Ω Surface-Mount Transformer
Covers 10 to 1400MHz
Mini-Circuits’ TCM2-142-75X+ is
a surface-mount transmission line
transformer supporting use in 75Ω
systems operating over the 10 to 1400
MHz range. This model provides a
secondary/primary impedance ratio
of 2:1 with 1.3dB insertion loss, 17dB
typical return loss, 0.5dB amplitude, and
10° phase unbalance. The transformer
handles up to 0.4WRF power and 30mA
DC current. It features core and wire
construction mounted on a 5-pad plastic
base with gold over nickel termination
finish. This tiny unit occupies only
0.15x0.15x0.15” of board space and
features Mini-Circuits’ unique Top Hat®
feature to improve speed and accuracy
of pick and place assembly.

Handles 5W from 2 to 200MHz
Mini-Circuits’ SYPS-2-22HP+ is a
2-Way 0° splitter/combiner capable
of handling up to 5W RF power as a
splitter from 2 to 200MHz, supporting
a variety HF and VHF applications.
This model provides 0.5dB insertion
loss, 0.1dB amplitude unbalance,
1.0° phase unbalance and 22dB
isolation. The splitter comes
housed in a miniature plastic case
)0.38x0.50x0.25”( with wraparound
terminations for excellent solderability.
