Make definitions of lutein and lycopene more specific
The lutein definition will indicate hydroxyl groups at the 3 and 3' positions. The 
lycopene definition will indicate psi, psi end groups.
Methods specific to xanthophylls or carotenes
Methods that can measure all carotenoids are preferred, but separate methods for the 
different carotenoid classes should be considered.
