Apricot Cooler
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or 1 Lime.
2 dashes Grenadine.
1 Liqueur Glass Apricot
Brandy.
Shake and Strain into Long
Tumbler.
Fill up with Soda Water.
1 dash Angostura Bitters.
Rum Cooler
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or 1 Fresh
Lime.
4 dashes Grenadine.
2 oz. Rum.
Shake well and strain into
Long Tumbler.
Add 1 lump Ice.
Fill up with Soda Water.
Harvard Cooler
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or 1 Lime.
1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar.
2 oz. Applejack Brandy.
Shake and Strain into Long
Tumbler.
Fill up with Soda Water.
Shady Grove Cooler.
Use Long Tumbler.
1/2 tablespoonful Sugar.
Juice of 1 /2 Lemon.
2 oz. Gin.
Fill up with Ginger Beer.
Add lump of Ice.
Stir with Spoon.
Remsen Cooler
2 oz. Gin.
I Split Soda Water.
Peel Rind of Lemon
form.
Place in Long Tumbler.
1 lump Ice.
Fill up with Soda Water
Wine Cooler

Lump of Ice.
