Use 5 oz. Wineglass
Brandy Crusta
Rub rim of glass with slice of Lemon.
Dip edge in powdered Sugar.
Fit into glass the rind of one half Orange in spiral fashion.
Fill glass with cracked Ice.
Put into Mixing Glass ;
1 dash Angostura Bitters.
3 dashes Maraschino.
3 ozs. Brandy.
Stir and strain into prepared glass.
Add Maraschino cherry.
Gin, Rum or Whisky Crusta
Same as Brandy Crusta but use spirit chosen.
