FIZZES

(Another relation of the Collins family)

Rum Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon.

1 teaspoons Sugar.

oz. Rum.

Shake well.

Strain into long glass.

Fill with Syphon Soda.

Add 1 cube of Ice.

Texas Fizz

Same as Gin Fizz.

Use Orange Juice instead of

Lemon.

Sloe Gin Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon.

1 teaspoon Sugar.

oz. Sloe Gin.

Shake well.

Strain into long glass.

Fill with Syphon Soda.

Add 1 cube of Ice.

Bucks Fizz

1 /4 glass Orange Juice.

Fill up with Cold Champagne.

Use long glass.

Add 1 cube Ice.

Sea Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon.

1 teaspoon Sugar.

1^ oz. Absinthe.

Shake well and Strain into

long glass.

Fill with Syphon Soda.

Add 1 cube of Ice.

Brandy Fizz

Juice of I Lemon.

1 teaspoon Sugar.

I^ oz. Brandy.

Shake and Strain.

Serve in Highball Glass with

I cube of Ice.

Fill with Syphon Soda.
