h e
Interprovincial meeting inaugurated at Cork in 1952, and
renewed at Belfast last year, will be held at Hermitage G olf
Club, Dublin on Saturday the 2nd October, under the auspices
o f this Society. Full details are being duly circularised to
members. Intending members should get in touch with the
Honorary Secretary, Mr. L. K . Branigan, Four Courts,
immediately, with a view to being available to play in the
Interprovincial competition for the Enterprise Trophy which
will be held at the meeting.
THE SOLICITORS’ BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION
The Association, which operates throughout the whole of Ireland, cares for Solicitors, their wives,
widows and families, who have fallen on hard times.
Last year over £2,000 was distributed in relief. Additional subscriptions, donations and bequests
are urgently needed to continue and extend the Association’s work.
The active co-operation of the profession in the Association’ s good, work is asked for, and all who are
not members are urged to join without delay.
