Maschinenfabrik Niehoff and Niehoff
of India (NoI), its Indian subsidiary, will
show an MMH 101 + RM 201 type
multiwire drawing machine and a
D 800.6 + ARH 630 double twist
bunching machine.
The MMH 101 + RM 201 type
multiwire drawing line is part of
Niehoff’s MMH range of multiwire
drawing lines with inline annealing for
wires made from copper, aluminium
and their alloys and designed for a
multitude of specific applications.
The MMH type machines cover a
finished wire diameter range of 0.5 to
0.08mm and can work with a
maximum speed of 36m/s. The largest
machine of the MMH range is capable
of drawing up to 48 wires. More than
1,100 MMH units are working
worldwide.
The wires drawn on these machines
exceed the most demanding specifi-
cations and processing requirements
in view of electrical conductivity,
surface quality and mechanical
properties and can be processed to
fine multiwire bundles with excellent
characteristics.
The D 800.6 + ARH 630 double twist
bunching machine built by NoI under
Niehoff licence is adapted to specific
requirements of the Indian market.
The machine is designed for strands
with a cross section of 0.25 to 16mm²
and accommodates spools with a
maximum flange diameter of 800mm.
Co-exhibiting on the same stand will
be Strecker (wire welding machines),
Bühler-Würz-Kaltwalztechnik (cold
rolling mills), Zeller + Gmelin (drawing
lubricants) and H Folke Sandelin AB
(HFSAB – lead extrusion and cable
stripping, repair and recovery
equipment).
Maschinenfabrik Niehoff has been
active in India for more than 30 years
and Niehoff of India, founded in 1997,
is well respected in the country for
rod breakdown, multiwire drawing
machines and bunching machines.
NoI operates a modern equipped
factory near Hyderabad which was
opened in 2007 and enlarged in
2011/2012. It builds rod breakdown
machines, annealers, spoolers,
bunching machines and pay-offs
conforming to Niehoff standards,
mainly destined for the Indian market.
NoI is also responsible for the
complete after-sales service, and the
reliable and fast supply of Niehoff
original+ parts for all Niehoff
machinery.
