Six trade shows with interlinked themes –
Eurostampi, Mec-Spe, Motek Italy, Control
Italy, Plastix Expo and Subfornitura – will
take place in Parma from 3-5 April 2008.
Due to the synergy of these six exhibitions,
a wide range of over 900 specialist
companies will be spread out over the
innovatively planned exhibit area at the
Fiere di Parma, Parma, Italy. Central to
this half dozen of successful exhibitions is
Eurostampi 2008 – the international event
for dies and moulds, presses and injection
machines.
A range of technology will be on display,
including all types of dies and mould
makers, dies and moulds, innovative irons
and materials, jigs and fixtures. Also on
display will be rapid prototyping, reverse
engineering, standard components and
software (CAD/CAM).
Mec-Spe is an international trade fair
for specialised mechanics, featuring
a demonstration unit for the process
of design to the finished product.
Mec-Spe will feature topics including
automatic turning, compressed air, deep
drilling, innovative tools, lasers, micro-
technologies, sharpening, transfer and
welding.
Control Italy is a specialised exhibition
for the technology relating to quality
assurance. It will feature image processing,
measuring instruments, software for quality
assurance and special measuring devices.
The Motek exhibition is targeted at those
involved in assembly, joining and handling
technology.
Plastix Expo is designed for a range of
quality machines and peripherals for working
with plastic materials, raw materials and
semi-finished products. Finally, Subfornitura
is an exhibition concerned with the area of
subcontracted industrial processing.

Indian induction partner for SAET and Emmedi
A new partner has joined Italy’s SAET Group and Emmedi to build on the incorporation of
Emmedi into the SAET Group in 2006. The new partner – Induction Equipment of India,
located in Pune, Maharastra – will further bolster the strong position of the international
induction welding specialists.
A subsidiary company of Induction Services & Engg Co Ltd, Thailand, Induction
Equipment of India has more than fifteen years of experience in manufacturing induction
heating equipment. The executive directors of IEI, Mr Kumar Mahbubani and Mr
Sanjay Premi, are extremely positive about becoming new partners in the development
program.
In addition to pooling technological innovation, SAET Group will gain increased global
presence in new markets, especially the fast growing Indian and Far East regions.
With the aim of confirming the role of SAET Group as the global partner for induction,
