PC Harley Burris thanked the outgoing Board Members, Greg Brigman, Kim Miedema,
and Diane French for their service to NCYC. He also thanked Commodore Don and Barb
for a great year.
Chuck Stroh wanted to make everyone aware that we went to Ohio for our last
rendezvous of the year. We visited 5 Yacht Clubs down there and we were treated like
kings. They bought our drinks and served us lunch and dinner. We need to do a better
job with our incoming rendezvous. NCYC does not do enough to welcome these people
and show how much we appreciate them coming to our island.
Thurston Dean indicated that this Board and the people in this room made him love this
club again. Thank you.
