TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964

In hiring, promotion, discharge, compensation, terms, conditions and privileges of employment, classifying, limiting or

segregating employees or job applicants, the Board will not discriminate or treat differently any person based upon race, color,

sex, religion, or national origin. The Board will not publish discriminatory advertisements nor retaliate against any individual for

opposing a discriminatory practice, or for filing a charge or participating in an EEOC investigation.
