AGE DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT ACT
In hiring, promotion, discharge, compensation, terms, conditions and privileges of employment, classifying, limiting or
segregating employees or job applicants, the Board will not discriminate against persons 40 and over based on age.
