This is a resource to use as you are typing shop reports for the various questions
on our reports, we provide different examples of how you can give feedback if the
sales person did not use the skill.
You can use the "search" option to find the question you are interested in. To copy
the text, simply click on the large T on the bottom left of the screen, and then select
and highlight the desired text to copy it.
Remember to put your own "spin" on the recommendation!
