Hygiene grade pipe fittings
Wenzhou Lueyu Pipe Fittings Manufacturing Co Ltd, China, founded in the
1990s, produces hygiene grade pipe fittings, valves and stainless steel industrial
pipeline fittings.
All products of hygiene grade can be made to various industrial standards,
including ISO, DIN, IDF, SMS and 3A, and from a range of materials. Industrial
pipe fittings can be manufactured according to standards such as GB, HG,
HGJ, SHJ and API, ANSI, MSS-SP and BS, NID, JIS and NF.
The products are used in industrial fields such as beer, dairy products,
pharmaceutical, beverage, food, petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking
and natural gas.
The company uses advanced domestic and international technology, including
data lathes, casting machines, and inspection and test equipment, and has
passed ISO9001:2000 international quality management authentication.

Grooved couplings
and fittings
Shanghai Recomb Piping System Co,
Ltd has developed grooved couplings
and fittings, with FM/UL/ISO9000/
CE approval. The company owns two
foundries and a mechanical factory and
rubber workshop, with annual capacity
of 800,000 tons of casting.
The company has comprehensive
production equipment for casting,
machining, finish and rubber gasket
manufacturing with cutting-edge testing
and inspection facility, and uses EPDM
as raw material for its gaskets, 100%
imported from DSM.

system and specification for every

process, such as raw material receiving
inspection, process inspection, and
hydrostatic testing for unfinished
products. The company uses the best
domestic ductile iron for the casting of
couplings and fittings, and melts with
intermediate frequency furnace. Product
quality is ensured by making sample
bars, and conducting tensile tests and
metallographic analysis. Each piece
is tested through hydrostatic testing.
Casting conforms to both Chinese
standard GB/T1348-88 and American
standard ASTM A-536.
All processes are strictly controlled:
ingredient, mixing, and gasket moulding
by automatic injection-compression
moulding machine. The random
sampled gaskets have to pass a high
temperature exposure test at 135°C for
1,080 hours, and at -40°C for 96 hours
for low temperature exposure test.
All gaskets conform to ISO6182, FM
and UL standards.
The company also provides after-sales
service and technical support, including
grooving and cutting of pipes.
