Jinan Meide Casting Co, Ltd is a pipe
fittings manufacturer with an annual
production of more than 140,000 metric
tons.
The company manufactures a complete
line of malleable iron pipe fittings to
American, British and DIN standards,
ductile iron grooved couplings and
fittings, steel pipe nipples and merchant
couplings (welded and seamless), and
ductile iron and cast iron threaded
fittings.
Its products are widely used in water,
oil and gas pipelines, and in industries
including plumbing, fire protection,
chemical, oil and refinery.
The principle of the non-return valve
with integrated soft sealing in the
valve cone is already well established,
with applications in the many different
procedures and areas of industry.
Non-return valves from Schwer Fittings
GmbH are manufactured from stainless
steel 1.4571 to ensure maximum
precision. Schwer Fittings produces
non-return valves according to German
Institute for Standardization 2353
(EN ISO 8434-1) for tube dimensions
of the light series 6L to 42L and for the
series 6S to 38S.
Schwer also offers non-return valveswith
external thread connection according to
German Institute for Standardization of
ISO 228 in the sizes G 1/8" to G 11/2 ",
and a wide range of valve feathers for
different opening pressures.

valves with one-piece valve housing
and internal thread connection in thread
Stainless steel non-return valves
sizes G 1/8" to G 2", with close system
and soft sealing as standard.
According to connection variant and
sealing material, the valves can be used
for many fluids or gaseous media, as
well as with raised temperatures. The
valves are also available in special
materials, on request.
