YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative

and simple practice. But as you’ll

discover, simple doesn’t mean

easy. Long held, sometimes prop

supported, passive poses target

and help release fascia, connec-

tive tissue, joints, and deeply held

parts of the body – and the mind.

Poses are mostly on the floor or

low to the ground.

DRAGON FLOW

Yin/Yang Yoga Fusion: The Dragon

Flow is a blend of Indian yoga and

Daoist practices: a yoga vinyasa

class designed to stimulate the

flow of energy through directed

awareness and vigorous move-

ments. Connection to breath is

the emphasis here whether in

movement (Yang) or stillness (Yin).

Some prior yoga experience is

beneficial.
