PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A feasibility study was performed in 2003 and determined that the cross-section
should be a four-lane divided section with a proposed interchange at the Urban
Loop. State established funding for the interchange. Project is currently outside
city limits and may require annexation or dedication to use bond funds.
