PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Removal of one travel on Hill Street from Battleground Avenue to Mendenhall
Street and construct 12' trail plus removal of free-flow right turn from Smith
Street to Hill Street. Project to improve safety for all trail users and connectivity
for existing Latham Park Greenway and Lake Daniel Greenway and also provides
for future connection of the A&Y Greenway.
