PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Horse Pen Creek Road- Fleming Road Connector is an element of the
Greensboro Urban Area Thoroughfare Plan. The connector's purpose is to provide
a much needed east-west route for area traffic and as a future connection to a
proposed interchange with the Urban Loop and the proposed Fleming
Road-Lewiston Road Connector. Phase 1 is completed. Phase 2 realigns Fleming
to create an Intersection with Isaacson Blvd.; roadway construction to follow
pipeline crossing reconstruction.
