PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project made possible by the action of the MPO Transportation Advisory
Committee, working in cooperation with NCDOT, to direct Federal Surface
Transportation Program Direct Apportionment (STPDA) funds to the city for this
project. The project involves construction of sidewalk along portions of NCDOT’s
High Point Road project from Hilltop/Groometown Road to Guilford College Road
where curb and gutter is constructed.
