PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this project is to replace/upgrade the heating and cooling
systems for the Mitchell filter house building. Due to the age of the boiler
equipment and heat pumps coupled with the harsh water treatment chemical
environment, HVAC equipment and component failures, including leaks, have
been steadily increasing over time.
