No. 52. Ruby Fizz

Teaspoonful of Sugar, 1 Egg,

1 glass of Sloe Gin.

Shake well and strain into medium-

sized tumbler and fill up with Ginger

Ale.

No. 53. Rum and Butter

Into a tumbler drop one lump of

Sugar and dissolve in a little hot water.

Then add;—^ wineglass Rum, 1 wine

glass hot Water, 1 lump Butter (size of

Walnut).

Stir gently and serve with a little

grated Nutmeg on top.
