No. 58. Sherry Cobbler

Ice in tumbler, add 5^ glass of

Brandy, ^4. glass of Curacao, glass of

Maraschino, 1 glass of Sherry. Add

Tansan.

Stir well, decorate with Fruit in

season,and float a little Port Wineon top.

Teaspoonful of Gomme Syrup,

4 dashes Angostura Bitters,

1Egg (whisked separately),

1j4 wineglassful Sherry.

Mix well, strain into a punch glass

and grate a little Nutmeg on top.
