After examining the documents the inspector
stated: -

The information would not form the basis of
a suitable demonstration that Relevant Good
Practice has been met
§
The company were advised to consider
alternate measures
§
In effect the HSE Specialist Inspector has said
‘No’ to the SIL 2 Certificate
§
The Design Contractor and Terminal Owner
thought they had bought a ‘SIL 2’ solution –
what went wrong?
§
