A projection from an outside wall of a dwelling covered by a roof and/or sidewalls (other than the
sides of the building to which the porch is attached) not more than two feet in height. A porch that
projects beyond a setback or building restriction line may be screened, but may not be enclosed with
glass, jalousies, canvas, plastic or any solid material to a height exceeding two feet.

include facilities that are part of public parks or recreation facilities or public cultural facilities.
