Business Experience
With 22 years of Client Service experience at CBIZ, Michelle’s
responsibilities center on plan management. As a Senior Account
Manager, Michelle works primarily with medium and large employers,
focusing on health and welfare plans. She works closely with the
broker/consultants in the renewal negotiations, helps analyze claims
experience, and oversees the general administration of the accounts as
performed by various members of the Client Services Department.
Michelle’s attention to detail and understanding of complex contractual
issues are valuable traits that help our clients proactively manage their
employee benefit programs.

Education
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Government with a minor in
Business from Northwest Missouri State University.
Professional Designations
Michelle is a member of the Employee Benefits Professional Association
(EPBA). She has obtained her GBA through CEBS. She is also on the
Board of the Greenhaven Neighborhood Association, where she serves
as Secretary. She also currently serves as the company’s local
representative for CBIZ’s national client benefits enrollment system,
CBIZsolutions Enrollment.
