Business Experience
Susan brings over 16 years of marketing experience to her position at
CBIZ and offers this knowledge and perspective to our teams and our
clients. Her career also included two years as a Marketeer with Walt
Disney World where she worked with the resorts to attract international
corporate groups; plus other large corporations in the U.S. After moving
to Kansas City, she continued using her marketing expertise at CBIZ as
a Business Manager before transitioning to her current role as an
Account Manager.
Susan’s role is to provide the company’s public entity groups with client
services ranging from conducting client meetings, serving as the day to
day contact for employer needs and educating clients on benefits, plan
designs and wellness solutions. Susan also works closely with vendors
to establish and preserve a solid business rapport.
