Fractionation
HPLC eluent A 1000mMNaOH
Transfer 1900mLMilli-Q into a plastic eluent bottle, while flushingwith
nitrogen. Add immediately 104mL 50%NaOH solution, while flushingwith
nitrogen. Close the bottlewith the eluent lid and homogenize.
HPLC eluent B 1000mMNaAC
Use one ampul of 82.04 gram NaAc, dissolve and adjust to 1 liter usingMili-Q.
Transfer into in a plastic eluent bottle.
HPLC Eluent DMilli-Q
Quantification
HPLC eluent A 300mMNaOH
Add 1900mL Milli-Q in a plastic eluent bottle, while flushingwith nitrogen.
Add immediately 30.3mL 50%NaOH solution, while flushingwith nitrogen.
Close the bottlewith the eluent lid and homogenize
HPLC eluent B 1000mM NaAC
Use one ampul of 82.04 gram NaAc, dissolve and adjust to 1 liter usingMili-Q.
Transfer into in a plastic eluent bottle.

Transfer 80mL 100% Acetonitrile into a beaker
Add 20mL Milli-Q
Add 0.1mL TFA
Mix and store in a closed bottle
25%Acetonitrile
Transfer 25mL 100% Acetonitrile to a beaker
Add 75mL Milli-Q
Mix and store in a closed bottle
