The Linear Relays can be performed either indoors or outdoors. If they take place indoors
‘reversaboards’ should be used and for outdoors the ‘reversaboards’ can be replaced with cones. It is
a very important safety factor that only two-way plastic folding hurdles are used for these relays and
not standard track hurdles.
