One thing that makes our company special is our teammates’

up of three parts: our Mission, our Core Values and something we

One of your responsibilities is to step back from time to time and
assess how well DaVita is living up to our Mission and Core Values.
Are we serious about trying to fulfill them? We also want you to ask
yourself: Am I sincere about them? To help you determine those
answers, the following pages will give you a good understanding of
exactly what our Mission and Core Values are, and how they impact
everything we do.

healthcare savings for taxpayers, our influence is felt outside the
Village. Our innovations can serve as a model for other healthcare
providers. We can set an example with our beliefs, values
