Get to Know Our Village. Your Village.
Welcome to the DaVita community. We say
“community” because we believe in acting like a
community first and a company second.
A true and healthy community cares about the well-being
of its citizens. Part of what makes DaVita special is that we
encourage our teammates to be themselves. Don’t leave your
uniqueness at home when you come to work — bring it with you!
Your individuality is what makes our Village great.
While we place great value on hard work, tenacity and GSD (getting
stuff done) — we can’t accomplish so many wonderful things without
them — we also recognize there’s a time for fun. Our teammates’
passions, even when not part of their regular “job,” help create a lively
environment where both patients and teammates want to be.
Say you’re a dialysis nurse who enjoys crafts. Put your
crafty skills to work in our Wall of Fame program,
in which clinics and business offices create a fun,
artistic display that showcases each teammate
and patient.
