provides our purpose. Our Mission is easy
to understand and sets the tone for our
actions. Each teammate is invited to step
back periodically and assess how we are
doing in living up to our Mission. We’re
serious about the Mission, and we’re
equally as serious about whether we are
achieving it.
Our Core Values
Our Core Values help guide our everyday
decisions and actions. They were chosen by DaVita
teammates. Sticking to our Core Values takes some effort,
but it’s worth it! Our Core Values help us fulfill our Mission and get us
closer to our vision of building the Greatest Healthcare Community the
World Has Ever Seen.
