City of Surrey operates seven public utilities:
Drainage
Parking
Roads & Traffic Safety
Sewer
Solid Waste & Recycling
Surrey City Energy
Water
The utilities operate under their respective Council approved Fiscal Policies. The
Proposed Budgets for the Utilities reflect the strategic directions and initiatives identified
in their 10-Year Servicing Plans.
The approved 2016 Budgets are intended to improve the results of the various financial
indicators defined under each Utility’s Goals.
