Mini-Circuits’ SCRP-2-682W+ is a
surface-mount 2-way 0° resistive
splitter/combiner supporting a wide
range of applications from DC to
6800MHz. This model provides
0.8dB insertion loss with 19dB
isolation, 1° phase unbalance,
0.1 dB amplitude unbalance and
1.3:1 typical VSWR. The splitter/
combiner is capable of handling up
to 0.5W RF input power as a splitter
and comes housed in a rugged,
shielded case (0.38x0.50x0.15”)
with wraparound terminations for
excellent solderability.

Mini-Circuits’ PMA2-153LN-D+ is
a PHEMT-based ultra-wideband
MMIC LNA in bare die form, covering
a wide range of applications from 0.5
to 15GHz. Its unique combination of
2.6dB noise figure, +28dBm IP3 and
±3.3dB gain flatness up to 15GHz
makes this model an excellent
candidate for sensitive, high-
dynamic-range receiver applications.
It operates on a single 5V or 6V
supply and provides +28dBm IP3,
+14dBm P1dB, and good matching
to 50Ω.

Mini-Circuits’ MSP8TA-12-12D+
is an ultra-reliable, rugged-duty,
absorptive fail-safe SP8T switch,
designed in break-before-make
configuration. The switch operates
from DC to 12GHz and offers
extremely long switch life up to 5
million cycles. This model features
a 15-pin D-Sub connector enabling
easy and reliable connection and
disconnection without soldering
and eliminating connection errors.
Powered by +12VDC, this model
provides low insertion loss of
0.2dB and high isolation of 90dB.
The MSP8TA-12-12D+ is suitable
for use across a wide range of
applications, including switching
for automated test equipment and
redundancy switching. It comes
housed in a rugged aluminum case
(2.63x2.48x2.45”) with SMA female
connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ TCD-16-12W-75X+
surface mount directional coupler
supports 75Ω applications from 5
to 1218 MHz supporting bandwidth
requirements for DOCSIS® 3.1
systems and equipment. This model
provides nominal coupling of 16.5dB
with ±0.8dB coupling flatness
over frequency. The coupler has
low mainline loss of 0.7dB, 16dB
directivity at mid-band, and RF
input power handling up to 1W. It
features core and wire construction
mounted on a 6-lead plastic base
(0.16 x0.15x0.16”) and Mini-Circuits’
Top Hat® feature to improve speed
and accuracy of pick-and-place
assembly.
