DPLX-4254A0+
75Ω diplexer covers the DC to
1000MHz band with a low pass
band of DC to 42MHz and a high
pass band of 54 to 1000MHz. This
new model is specially designed to
meet requirements for DOCSIS 3.1
compliant systems and equipment.
It provides pass band insertion
loss of 0.9dB, 50dB rejection in the
stop band and 20 dB typical return
loss. Mini-Circuits has developed
a variety of diplexer models in
the DPLX- and DPLB-series for
cable TV systems with different
channel splits to accommodate
different upstream and downstream
bandwidth
requirements.
The
diplexer comes mounted on open
style printed laminate measuring
1.18x1.18x0.28”.

Wideband MMIC Frequency
Doubler Die Provides Output
Signals from 4 to 14GHz
Mini-Circuits has expanded our
portfolio of semiconductor products
to give you more options and more
capabilities. The CY2-143-D+
ultra-wideband MMIC frequency
doubler die converts input signals
from 2 to 7GHz into output signals
from 4 to 14GHz. This new
model’s extremely wide output
frequency range makes it suitable
for wideband applications such as
defense and instrumentation, as
well as a broad array of narrowband
applications. It has an input power
range from +12 to +18dBm and
provides low conversion loss of 12
dB with excellent suppression of
fundamental signal and unwanted
harmonics (F1, 30 dBc; F3; 32 dBc).
Fabricated using HBT process
technology on GaAs, the multiplier
provides excellent repeatability, and
bare die form enables integration of
the doubler directly into customer
hybrids.
CY2-143-D+ MMIC doubler dice
may be ordered from stock in gel-
paks (-DG+ model number suffix)
of 5, 10, 50 or 100 known good
dice (KGD). Partial wafers (<5000
KGD, -DP+ model number suffix)
and full wafers (-DF+ model number
suffix) are available by request
from authorized Mini-Circuits sales
representatives.

Reflectionless Low Pass
Filter Die, DC to 150MHz
Mini-Circuits’ XLF-151-D+ is a
reflectionless low pass filter die with
a passband from DC to 150MHz and
stopband from 460 to 16000MHz.
The filter provides 1.4dB passband
insertion loss, 1.2:1 passband
VSWR, 15dB stopband rejection,
and 1.2:1 stopband VSWR. It can
handle RF input power up to 2W
in the passband and 0.5W in the
stopband. Fabricated using IPD
process technology on GaAs, the
filter comes in gel-paks (-DG+
model number suffix) of 5, 10, 50 or
100 known good dice (KGD). Partial
wafers (<5000 KGD, -DP+ model
number suffix) and full wafers (-DF+
model number suffix) are available
by request from authorized Mini-
Circuits sales representatives.
Mini-Circuits’
X-series
of
reflectionless filters employs a
novel filter topology which absorbs
and terminates stopband signals
internally rather than reflecting
them back to the source. This
new capability enables unique
applications for filter circuits
beyond those suited to traditional
approaches.
Reflectionless
filters eliminate stopband signal
reflections, allowing them to be
paired with sensitive devices such
as mixers and multipliers without
the need for extra components like
attenuators, significantly improving
system performance and saving
board space.
