Mini-Circuits’ ZX60-2510MA+ is
a connectorized, high-directivity
amplifier supporting a variety of
applications from 500 to 2500MHz.
This model delivers 15 dB gain with
+0.7dB flatness and high active
directivity up to 32dB at 500MHz
(19dB at 2500MHz). It provides
+18dBm P1dB and +31dBm OIP3
and is capable of operating on supply
voltages from2.8 to 5.0V. The amplifier
comes house in a rugged, comact
unibody case (0.74x0.75x0.56”) with
SMA connectors.

Resonator Band Pass Filter,
1200 to 1400MHz
Mini-Circuits’ CBP-1300A+ surface
mount ceramic-coaxial-resonator
based band pass filter has a pass
band of 1200 to 1400MHz, supporting
a variety of applications including
aviation, defense, radar and more.
This model provides 1.1dB passband
insertion loss, 30dB lower stop band
rejection, and 29dB upper stopband
with steep roll-off in the transition. It
can handle up to 2W RF input power
and comes housed in a miniature
shielded case (0.55x1.04x0.225”),
making it ideal for dense PCB
layouts. The filter features rugged
construction, qualified to withstand
a wide range of thermal, mechanical
and environmental conditions for
outstanding reliability in tough
operating environments.

coaxial low noise amplifier supporting
a wide range of applications from 1700
to 2400MHz. This model provides
28dB gain with ±1.0dB flatness, 1.5dB
noise figure, and high dynamic range
with +20dBm P1dB and +32dBm
OIP3. The amplifier operates on a
sing 15V supply and comes housed
in a compact, aluminum alloy case
(3.75x2.0x1.8”) with SMA connectors
and heat sink for efficient cooling.

Mini-Circuits’ FT-1.5-1*A16+ is a
coaxial RF matching transformer
with a secondary/primary impedance
ratio of 1.5:1, supporting impedance
matching applications from 0.1
to 400MHz. This model provides
insertion loss of 3dB or better
over its full frequency range, with
insertion loss of 1 dB or better up to
100MHz. It handles up to 250mW
RF power and up to 30mA DC
current. The transformer comes
housed in a rugged aluminum alloy
case (1.25x1.25x0.75”) with BNC-
Female connectors. Different Male/
