and conditions listed in this proposal are
contingent on the hotel contract being the sole
operative document for this event. If changes to
the contract are required, the hotel will provide our
legal counsel contact information for negotiations.
The legal fees for the contract negotiations will be
added to the group’s final invoice at the conclusion
