The Spanish Club services to promote so
cial and cultural activities at USD as well as
to provide a tutorial service for students of
Spanish. Other activitiesinclude sponsoring
films ondifferent countriesand a symposium
on Calderon and the seventeenth century.
The Special Education Club of USD is a
student chapterof the National Councilfor
Exceptional Children (CEC). Its interests in
clude providing communityservices for spe
cial children as well asmaking the USD com
munity more aware of the handicapped com
munity.
