The Spanish Club services to promote so­

cial and cultural activities at USD as well as

to provide a tutorial service for students of

Spanish. Other activitiesinclude sponsoring

films ondifferent countriesand a symposium

on Calderon and the seventeenth century.

The Special Education Club of USD is a

student chapterof the National Councilfor

Exceptional Children (CEC). Its interests in­

clude providing communityservices for spe­

cial children as well asmaking the USD com­

munity more aware of the handicapped com­

munity.
