The Pro-Life Coalition is dedicated tothe
preservation ofhuman life ... in a y form.
The primepurposes are to educate the USD
students concerning the tragedy of abortion,
supply feasible alternatives to problem preg
nancies, and create an awareness of all hu
man life issues. Pro-Life holds Speaker's fo
rums everySunday night,and has participat
ed in Oxfam, as well as sponsoring adebate
between Pro-Life and the National Organi
zation for Women (NOW).
Pi Sigma Alpha is the national Political
Science Honor Society. Although the main
function of theTheta Mu chapter is to honor
deserving political science students, the
chapter also tries to be a working organiza
tion throughout the academic year. This
years officers are: President Jonahan Bro
gan, Vice President Robert Noriega, nd Sec
retary-Treasurer Veronica Piatt. The faculty
advisor is Dr. Virginia Muller.
