ZETA TAU ALPHA

Founded in 1898, Zeta Tau

Alpha contains the third largest

number of collegiate chapters

of the twenty-six National Pan-

hellenic Sororities. The Theta

Epsilon chapter of ZTA was or­

ganized on the USD campus in

1978. A social as well as philan­

thropic group, ZTA provides

both the public and university

community with organized ac­

tivities and service projects.

CHOIR

Although theUSD choir is heard only bystudents

a few times eachyear, namely Christmas and East

they have a reputation as a very talented and ent

siastic group. The inspiration behind this fantastic

group comes from their dedicated director Father

Nick. May we hear more fromour choir in years to

come.

NURSING

ASSOCIATION

The USD Nursing Association, formed in 1976,

seeks the promotion of professionalism and the fa­

cilities of communication between faculty and stu­

dents. It also allows the members to identify the

needs ofnursing students and to implement change.
