1/4 Italian Vermouth

% Bacardi Rum

Fill with ice, shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

ORANGE BLOSSOM

2 ounces Plymouth Gin

1% ounces Orange Juice

A dash of Orange Bitters and' a dash of Grenadine

White of one egg

3 dashes Orange Bitters

1 tablespoonful Yellow Chartreuse

2-8 Plymouth Gin

1-3 French Vermouth

Fill with ice, mix and|||||rain into a cocktail glass.

PERFECTION

1-3 French Vermouth^

1-3 Italian Vermouth

1-3 Dry Gin

1 slice of pineapple

1 ounce ofGin

1 ounce French Vermouth

% ounce Bacardi Rum

1 ounce Italian Vermouth

Shake over ice and pour into glasses.
