Grenadine syrup; one twist orange
peel; one lump ice. Fill with siphon and
serve.

slowly, so that the three ingredients do not
run together.

portions sugar; three portions water;
four portions Old Jamaica rum. Fill glass
with shaved ice, shake weU, add dash red
pepper if desired, and serve with straw.
