5. Civium Task Management (CTM)
The last component of the system is the one we most recently developed for internal task
management. Every task assigned to your strata manager is logged immediately following the AGM
and each subsequent task that requires completion throughout the year is logged into CTM. Each
complex managed by Civium Strata People can elect to have a report on the status of each task
emailed to the Executive committee at the end each week or month. In the event a task remains un-
actioned by your strata manager for a period of 30 days or more a report is then sent you the Strata
Division Manager for their attention.
