Each of our agents have their own agent
branded version of our mobile app - one of the
few in the Southeast with HomeSpotter feature.
Here is some information about the features included in your agent app:
HomeSpotter feature - just simply click on
HomeSpotter, and see what happens. Our
mobile app uses the GPS location features in
your smart phone to automatically populate a
map with all listings on the market within a
two mile radius of your current location
Commute time search - click commute time at the
bottom of the app screen and enter one or more
addresses and desired commute time. Our app will
then draw on the map your search area. More than
one commute? There will be two different colored
circles, and where they overlap is where the home
search should start
List view and Map view of search results - no
need to search MLS for listings. Just click on
the magnifying glass in the top left corner, and
you have a fully functional search feature
