- how you are notified when someone downloads

your app, or requests information on one of your listings. You can be

notified via text or email

SMS and Phone Call Log

- this

logs each phone number that

requests your app via key word,

and also logs each phone number

that calls or texts for more

information on your listings

My Properties SMS/Phone IDs

each of your active listings will show

here. You have the opportunity to then assign a five digit code to each of

your active listings. You can then use this five digit code just like the key

word option for your mobile app - for example

Call or Text 12345 to 615-541-1233 for

more information on this listing

If a customer calls and enters 12345 (or the

five digit code you’ve assigned to your listing)

they hear a pre-recorded message about your

listing. At the end, they are prompted to be

connected with the listing agent.

If a customer texts and enters 12345 as the

message (or the five digit code you’ve

assigned to your listing) they will receive a text

message back with information about the

listing.
