FREE LUXE INTRODUCTION LETTER

A free Introduction Letter can be sent directly to a client before or after a

presentation. The letter is signed by the President of Luxury Portfolio International®

and assists you in introducing the many advantages of the program (limit 25/year).

• Special instructions, such as two agent names or team name, should be entered into the bottom of the ‘Client Profile’ section.

• Select Mail Letter, enter the preferred salutation and it will be delivered.

LuxeXchange account; or add a photo and edit your profile from within the app.

• To display your client’s name in the presentation, ensure you have “turned on” the app for your client in their profile page in the ‘My

Customers’ section of your LuxeXchange account. At login, use the client username and password that you created in their profile.
