Partnered with the Leadership Team to organize a Citywide Teammate Appreciation Breakfast
Trained hiring managers to use the on-line applicant tracking software to allow them access to application materi-
als
Conducted recruitment and selection processes for 25 regular positions
Participated in the Two County Next Generation Regional Internship Program and continued to employ the Hu-
man Resources Intern from that program. Intern assisted with NeoGov online applicant and Eden implementation
with the transfer of HR processes to Eden Software
Conducted annual employee benefits open enrollment process and facilitated an open enrollment outreach at the
Corporation Yard
Implemented the new Employee ID Badge Program
Continued to implement applicable provisions of the Public Employee Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)
Served on the Citywide Emergency Operations Center’s (EOC) Logistics Team
Coordinated and scheduled various trainings and webinars on a range of Human Resources topics
Contracted with a new IRS Section 125 Program provider to administer the Flexible Spending Accounts
Initiated a Workflow Process Study for the Administrative Front Counter Team at City Hall
Participated in negotiations with American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Lo-
cal 101, Community Service Officers Association (CSOA), and Morgan Hill Police Officers' Association (POA)

Continue to provide training opportunities through a joint agency consortium effort, City's employee assistance
program (EAP), and other training programs
Continue to support Work on Wellness (WOW) by providing on-site seminars on various health related topics
Provide mandated biennial AB1825 Harassment Prevention training to all supervisors and offer the choice to par-
ticipate in either on-line or in-person training
