impeders are available for all sizes as well

as for through flow or return flow systems.

Blissenbach is also able to offer an entire

return flow system without any cooling

inside the tube. In addition, recirculation

inside the ID-scarfer mandrel itself makes

sure that the tool body does not overheat.

New Tough Access™ MIG

consumables for greater reach

Tregaskiss, USA, has introduced a new

range of consumables, branded Tough

Access™, to improve entry into difficult-to-

reach areas during MIG welding.

Featuring sleek profile nozzles, these

consumables allow access into weld joints

that are obscured by complex designs or

fixturing. The consumables have nozzle

options for both robotic and semi-automatic

MIG guns.

Tough Access nozzle options include ½″

bottleneck and

feature an outside diameter of only 0.850″

to ensure successful welding in areas that

might otherwise be unreachable.

Both nozzle styles are compatible

goosenecks,

eliminating the need to order and stock new

gooseneck styles.

For optimal performance, Tregaskiss

recommends the use of standard-duty

consumables with its Tough Access

bottleneck style nozzles.
