In a small bowl thoroughly beat the
yolk of an egg with i pony of honey
and I teaspoonful of Curasao. Scald
a glassful of claret and slowly pour it
into the mixture, rapidly stirring it at
the same time. Pour into a small hot-
water glass and serve.
Into a mixing glass put equal parts of
gin and Vermouth, add 2 dashes of
orange bitters and shake with plenty of
ice. Strain and serve.
